Two ways to work with us
Start with whichever suits you. You can move from On Demand to CARE at any time.
Simplified CARE
All-in-one managed support for a fixed monthly fee per user or device.
- Unlimited remote support, weekdays 8am to 6pm
- Priority response, with a guaranteed response time in your agreement

Simplified On Demand
Help when you need it, and you only pay for the work done.
- No monthly commitment
- We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours
- Planned project work at a lower rate when booked ahead
- Switch to CARE whenever you are ready
Response times
During our support hours, these are the response times we work to:
- Simplified CARE, urgent problems (for example, your team can’t work): we aim to respond within 15 minutes
- Simplified CARE, everything else: we aim to respond within an hour
- Simplified On Demand: we aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours
These are targets, not guarantees. Your Simplified CARE agreement sets out the response time we guarantee.
Add-ons for either plan
Add any of these to Simplified CARE or Simplified On Demand.
Microsoft 365 backup
Your email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams backed up automatically and stored separately from Microsoft, so anything deleted can be brought back.
Email signatures and mapped drives
Branded email signatures for everyone, kept up to date in one place, and shared folders that open as drive letters. These may need additional software.
Cyber Essentials
Get ready for the UK government-backed scheme, with help applying. The certificate itself comes from an accredited certification body.
What’s not included
So there are no surprises:
- Software licences, such as Microsoft 365, are paid for separately.
- Antivirus isn’t part of the plan. Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes Microsoft Defender for Business; with other licences you’ll need your own antivirus, which we can help you choose.
How pricing works
Every business is different, so we don’t publish a price list. Simplified CARE is a fixed monthly fee per user or device.
